What will you learn
You will learn how to operate, set-up and adjust the look of the HDC-3300R High definition Digital SuperMotion camera, including: the CCU (HDCU-3300) and the MSU/RCP remote control system. At the conclusion of the course the delegate will be able to set the camera to the required look using camera menus, RCP control and files as appropriate. The complete HDC-System Camera range can be covered including the HDC-2500/2400 and HDC-2550, the HDC-1400 the HDC-1450, as required.
Who should attend
This course is designed for those with a good knowledge of television engineering and production processes with some knowledge or experience of cameras, wishing to operate vision control of the HDC-3300R camera channel. If required this course can be run as a half-day course so that two groups of staff can be trained in one day. This achieved by focussing on the most important parts of the training and omitting aspects such as the camera menu operation.
An overview of the system
If required, an introduction to High Definition, SuperMotion (Triple Speed) and the different modes of operation can be included for those delegates unfamiliar with HD.
This part of the course also describes the interconnection
of the camera system, the different options and configurations.
This part of the course explains how to correctly operate the controls.
A comprehensive description of RCP operation and menus and how they are used for both engineering adjustment and aesthetic control is covered in this section.
The MSU is used to both adjust the look of the picture and configure the system. Much of the control is similar to RCP control so this section focuses on the difference in menu structure and those facilities not available from the RCP.
